Rustic Kitchen is part of Project Sunrise at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, the $208 million gaming and entertainment complex that will dramatically transform the existing area. The decor in the dinning areas of Rustic Kitchen will be Tuscan inspired. With the anticipation of a diverse crowd, guests will be given the option of dinning in the informal café or a more intimate dinning room. The menu will have dishes inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean and prepared with the freshest local ingredients. The focal point inside of the restaurant will be the studio kitchen which will broadcast daily live cooking shows throughout the restaurant and casino areas. Topics for the shows will be seasonally inspired and will feature local restaurants and include guest appearances from area farmers, suppliers and chefs.
