The project incorporates the site planning / feasibility and enhancement of former Agway business in Bloomsburg. Richard Angelo, the owner, explained the desire for subdividing the existing 14,000 square foot area into retail space. The owner expressed the interest in perhaps marketing this venture to professional offices and smaller business owners. C. Allen Mullins architect provided the following design concept and ideas for building enhancements, site boundaries, site egress, and parking on 9th street.
