Wilkes-Barre can be the proud owner of the first "art-mall", were residents and visitors can go to experience and "purchase" the artistic experiences of their choice. Music one day, dance the next, perhaps. Through the opportunity of actually seeing artists at work, people feel the desire to both possess art and to participate in the artistic experience. Shopping for the best artistic experience should be as easy as shopping for the best shoes, or freshest groceries. This project would like to make the artistic experience accessible and affordable to the general public. At every age level. At every economic level. At Every experience level. 30 years ago the drive-thru concept was considered revolutionary. Today it is expected. Thirty years from now, experiencing the arts will be an expected part of a person's day. Arts Universe would bring all of the arts together under one roof in an attempt to make that dream a reality.
