The firm of C. Allen Mullins Architect designed a promotional visual board of the warehouses on a block long site just two blocks off of the Wilke-Barre square. The complex of buildings, dating from the beginning of the twentieth century being the earliest, is no longer in use as a wholesale business. It is Architect Mullins vision that the complex of buildings could be rehabbed for a new use, for example: open market, artist live-in studios, art center. There has been some discussion with various organizations in the community including the Greater Wilks-Barre Chamber of Commerce.
