Four elegant townhouses have been constructed on a large wooded site in the Warrior's Mark Subdivision (Broken Lance Drive) within walking distance of the town of Breckenridge and the Peak 9 ski area. Breckenridge is a 90-minute drive from Denver by auto, and is near Lake Dillon, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Vail. The site has an all-season stream and ajoins a three-acre area which has been left in its natural state. The architectural design of the townhouses, which have three bedrooms and three baths, endows each unit with both privacy and a view as well as all of the amenities for comfortable living and easy maintenance. The units have hardwood floors and carpet throughout and a second-story providing a second-level overlook. Every convenience has been included: a central built-in vacuum cleaning system, built-in humidifier, trash compactor, washer, dryer, self-cleaning range, dishwasher, ice-maker refrigerator, garbage disposal, built-in charcoal barbeque grill, central wired cable TV and telephone, automatic sauna controls, custom-built fireplace, built-in lighting with dimmers, built-in oak vanities and mirrors and a heated garage. The character of the townhouses is expressed by the exposed wood beams and joists appropriate for a mountain retreat and by the ample use of glass for sunlight and views.
