This design was a 1964 undergraduate school project at the University of Arkansas. The program for the project was pattered after a similar project by Edward Durell Stone's, married student housing built around the late 1950's on the campus of University of Arkansas. No doubt C. Allen Mullins was influenced by the Stone design as well; however the Stone project did not include a proposed high-rise structure like the one in this project. The medium of the presentations were water color and ink.
