BEACON TOWERS AT THE WATERFRONT

The proposed is a high-rise condominium is located at the Waterfront Complex along the Susquehanna River in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. C. Allen Mullins architect developed renderings with architect of record John Lukasavage. The building was positioned on the site to optimize 360 views of the valley and river vistas. The site was designed with an assortment of enmities that include: resident underground parking garage, pools, river access / beach, tennis courts, Bache ball, and connection the rails to trails, a bike trail that connects different towns within the valley.
