The client Mr. Riley owned an existing rear apartment and bought a front apartment that would connect the complete floor, the bottom floor brownstone building on West 10th Street, New York City. C. Allen Mullins Architect redesigned the two apartments creating a floor through garden level apartment, hence combining the previous two seperate spaces.
