An essential upgrade to the recently opened Mohegan Sun Casino and Racetrack is a new maintenance building designed to accommodate the needs of a growing physical plant. The 9,000 square foot building was relocated to accommodate the new paddock. Expressive columns support a covered work and storage area outside of the pole building while a subtle palette has been used to enhance the utilitarian building. An 80’ clear span truss configuration provided an opportunity for clerestory day lighting further enhancing the interior workspace and saving electricity.
