C. Allen Mullins Architect participated as a team member during the working drawings for the new school projects for Chelmsford and Concord, Massachusetts during intern development at The Architects Collaborative (TAC), Cambridge, Massachusetts. Both schools were typical of the time using the controversial open classroom plan. Construction was of poured concrete floors and roofs, waffle ceilings with brick and concrete block walls.
