A pencil drawing was drafted by C. Allen Mullins Architect in 1963 while an intern at Edward Durell Stone's office in Palo Alto, California. This is a plan of the Capitol Mall Shopping Center showing the proposed pattern for the exterior pavement. The depicted drawing was a reduced blue line reproduction produced from photographic negative of the original drawing. This was a typical method for presentations at the time of this proposal.
